FAQ

Answers to help you get started quickly.

How long do I have access to a course? +

You receive lifetime access to all lesson videos and updates for that course. Cohort feedback windows are time-bound, but content remains available.

Do I need professional tools or a wholesaler account? +

No. We design drills that can be completed with supermarket stems and basic snips. When pro tools matter, we provide alternatives and clear sourcing notes.

Are your mechanics foam-free? +

Yes. We teach foam-free by default and show how to adapt for travel and long installs using reusable media and effective hydration.

What is a cohort and how does it work? +

Cohorts are scheduled groups working through a course over 4–6 weeks with optional critique prompts. Join a cohort to get structure and feedback; study solo anytime.

Do you offer certificates? +

Yes. Complete all modules and assessments to receive a digital certificate noting hours studied. Certificates do not guarantee employment.

Can I expense courses as a business cost? +

Many students do. Consult your accountant regarding local regulations. We provide receipts with itemized details.

What is your refund policy? +

If a course isn’t a fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase and before completing 30% of the lessons. We’ll work to resolve issues or offer a refund per our Terms.

Do you cover floral photography and social media? +

We include practical photography and styling modules focused on natural light, color accuracy, and efficient batching for portfolio updates.
